Official data, not legal advice
Visa Atlas brings together figures that governments publish about work visas, sponsoring employers and migration: registers of licensed sponsors, employer filings, visa statistics and related open data. Every figure on this site is taken from an official source, which is named and dated beside it.
What we do not do
- We do not give immigration advice or legal advice, and we do not provide immigration services.
- We do not assess whether anyone is eligible for a visa, a permit or a route.
- We do not help prepare or submit applications, and we do not recommend or vouch for any employer.
- We do not predict the outcome of any application.
United Kingdom
In the United Kingdom, giving immigration advice or providing immigration services is regulated. It may only be done by people who are qualified and regulated to do so, for example advisers regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (formerly the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner) or solicitors regulated by their professional body. Visa Atlas is not such a provider.
United States
In the United States, only attorneys and accredited representatives of recognised organisations may give legal advice on immigration matters. Be wary of anyone else who offers to help with an immigration case for a fee.
Using the data
Official data can be revised, published late or describe a period that has ended. Rules, thresholds and fees change. Before you rely on any figure, check the original source linked on the page and, for decisions about your own situation, speak to a regulated adviser.
